--why many great and good persons do not become a political leader?

best analysis and interesting logic's on social and political issues--we think that many great capable and good persons do not ready to become political leaders. there are many reasons behind.they may think that social work is more important than politics. history says that only very few persons have gained that much success as compared to their hard work abilities and capability those who have preferred to do social work. it also means the politics do not suit according to their nature. but if they have tried in this direction it may become suitable for them. they have to think in their direction and should face anything and should solve all problems that will come in their way in the interest and for the sake of the people and  if they have become a political leader they may be and have been able to change the shape of society and have done more welfare to the mankind as they have gotten more powers in their hands.they can do  everything that they should be wanted to done and also on a  very large scale . if good persons have not come in politics it means that they may not have wanted to take a risk in their life resulting in to give a space for less good or not good persons to become the political leaders which are definitely not good for the people who are suffering from lack of everything in their life. it may be that their so much hard work may be have gone waste as if they have joined politics they have done more and great work to be used for the welfare of the needy persons. we think that it may be the one of the main reason that we are suffering otherwise it will have more possibilities that we can get a world free from sorrows and pains and full of peace prosperity and happiness and everything have gone in the right direction.
