----why arvind kejriwal resigns as chief minister of delhi?--our analysis
best analysis and interesting logic's on social and political issues---we think that Arvind Kejriwal should not be resigned from chief ministership of Delhi. he should wait for the legal opinion from law ministry as he was advised by the lt governor or he can go to the court of law to get the clarification of the home-ministry order in which chief minister of Delhi cannot submit any money bill in the assembly. but despite doing all these legal aspects he has preferred to resign from chief minister saying that both Bhartiya Janta party and Congress do not want to pass the bill. when it was presented in the assembly of Delhi both Congress and Bharatiya Janata party told the chief minister that he can only present the bill of Lokpal only with the permission of lt governor. congress [party also have told him that with permission they will support the Lokpal and also wanted to continue their support. these things have given a flavour that Arvind Kejriwal was not interested to pass the Jan Lokpal bill but only want time for the forthcoming election of parliament to be held in the April to may 2014. if he wants to free himself for the election he can give his charge to Munish shashoda and make himself free for election or he can introduce the bill after some time when he can get the clarifications needed to him to present the janlokepal bill. so it clarify the things that he was not in a position to fulfill the promises as per public want from him. he can also take time from the people of delhi that these things will be done after general elections of parliament which wants some clarifications. so he wants only political millage which we thing he will get more with his honest statements otherwise now people may think that if he can not work as a chief minister and have to resign in spite of that congress promises to continue their support to him. he has proved himself as not fit which may lose his credibility in the public.
